I've put together this website full of information, as we know joining us will be quite an adventure!

We know it is a while from now, but living so far away we wanted to give plenty of notice for everyone.

As we get closer to the wedding the website will be updated with more precise information.

OUR LOVE STORY

We first met in middle-school, when I moved to Montana to live with my grandparents. My middle school best friend's, older brother is definitely a story played over and over in rom-coms. But this was no silver screen romance. It is no secret to our families that from the very beginning we would do quite a lot to be together.

Reuniting again, years later, for a road trip across North America sparked again the feelings, hopes and dreams of a young couple in love. Picking up easily where we had left off. We set out on a long trip, with hours and hours of driving to once again talk about everything under the moon. Adventuring and laughing together along the thousands and thousands of miles.

We ended up with an opportunity that brought us all the way back to Valdez where this adventure had started. We had found good work, and being from Montana were not deterred by the weather. Valdez, swallowed us, and made itself home.

Now we have purchased a house together and are trying to find the perfect piece of land to put it on, and start laying some real roots, and making a home.

We celebrate our anniversary every year, by going on a glacier cruise. This year was no different. Celebrating our 7 year anniversary, we once again boarded the cruise to spend our day together relaxing, seeing amazing scenery, and hopefully animals!

On the return of the cruise we were able to see some AMAZING wildlife! Puffins, Porpoises, some very playful otters, and even a Humpback Whale! Deciding to celebrate some of the amazing things we spotted I decided to get a stuffed humpback whale, as it was a special occasion!

While I was distracted outside, taking far too many photos of the scenery, and more wildlife, Josh decided it was the perfect time. I returned to our table, smiling and excited about all the animals, and the amazing photos I had taken, I started to play with my newly acquired whale. Josh laughed as the ring he had secretly slipped onto the whale's flipper glittered past his face, taking me several moments to see it and realize what was happening.
